Information Technology is useful for Nigerian Women such that informations can fast be conveyed and access through the use of mobile phones, the internet, satellite tv, computers or laptops.etc which are adopted for proccessing and transfering information messages.With growing recognition of the internet services in our society.Women can be informed on the achievement of women in other countries across the globe and be encouraged.With the provision of a computer and internet service,women who are nursing mothers or housewives can register by login on to the url of a school's website and learn online with relevant certification e.g The Open University in Nigeria.
There chains of businesses accessible online to women who make use of INFOTECH.This can turn out profitable if one well guided and mindful of fraudsters.
InfoTech through the use of the internet search engines e.g(google,askme) can help women find out job opportunities in different organisation and be able to send in their Resume (Profiles).
The use mobile phones can help get messages across to families,friends,associate far from where they reside.
The use of Information Technology in general helps make the world a 'GLOBAL VILLAGE'.

HOW I WILL EMPOWER OTHER WOMEN

With the ICT skills I've acquired I hope to pass on the knowledge, to my friends and others especially young women, so they can be informed about the world being a' global village' with use of electronic devices.e.g(mobile phones, P.computer etc).I intend to start by instructing Individauls that are interested in ICT skills, around me and with time find out any coporate body that can facilitate and work along with and also organise ICT skill serminars in collaboration with other related body for our young women in other part of the country.

Now to think of it, wont it be nice to provide tips on learning ICT skills on my blog, by creating a training session on it.Who knows someone out there might just need this additional skills.Would work on that. Keep in touch!

Hello friends I'm presently on a W.tec training programme to learn more on ICT skill, this has helped me to use the application MS.WORD not only to type letters but design news letters, flier(Bills), export images and make changes on letters(mail merge) for multiple mailing list.I've been able Create a blog, which is an interactive website that allows readers to make comments base on the the topic in question or what the blog is about.Also learnt on how to make slideshow, which are display of choiced picture to help tell stories of life issues along side the write up and make the blog look more appealing.Used my camera phone to capture an almost professional picture as we were taught how to capture from above eyelevel, eyelevel and below eyelevel. Editing the pictures with gimp, was quite technical as well as interesting including Video(ing) shooting etc.

I wont leave out the most controversal discussion that got everyone sharing experiences. The GENDER and LEADERSHIP session. Very informative for women to know, they are important and stand up for their right in the society.W.TEC is real and here to stay so buckle up cos you might be the next to benefit from this training programme.

Sharing on what true friendship is, you will agree that the

beautiful thing about it, is it relates two or more people

together irrespective of their AGE,RACE,TRIBE,BELIEFS GENDER etc.

Which helps to appreciate individual uniqueness,as such learn more from each other while growing in the friendship. The value of true friendship is best enjoyed when a person tries to know and accept the individuality of a friend and wish to bring out the best in the other tactfully(you get my drift?).
The act of friendship is necessary, a building block and bonding force in/for other relationships.Whether relating as a family, in courtship, with colleagues at work or any immediate environment etc.Value it share the love and enjoy it while it last.Or what DO U THINK?
